Where can I buy the tickets?
Directly in the box office of the exhibition at calle Goya nº5-7 or by
purchasing online
. In the box office of the exhibition you will be charged 1€ extra per ticket.
At what time does the exhibition open? And the box office?
The Titanic Exhibition and the box office are open Mondays through Sundays including holidays, from 10am to 8:30pm.
Where exactly is the exhibition taking place?
Calle Goya nº5-7, next to Plaza de Colón. The exhibition room is inside the former Teatro Carlos III.
How long does it take to visit the exhibition?
Approximately 1 to 1 and a half hours.
Do you have guided tours?
No, but you can purchase an
Audio Tour
for 4€. The
Audio Tour
is complementary to the exhibition. It’s similar to a telephone, it has no headphones and you can hear it by getting close to your ear. It presents an adult and a very amusing child explanation.
Is it possible to call to make a reservation?
No, you cannot make a reservation; you can only buy a ticket at the box office or through the internet.
If I enter the exhibition ate 8pm do I have to leave at 8:30pm?
No, because the exhibition room is open until approximately 10:30pm, but the entrance is only allowed until 8:30pm.
Do I need to buy tickets in advance of the day and hour I want?
You can buy your tickets directly at the box office when you come to visit, but if you want to visit on weekends and holidays we recommend you buy your tickets at the box office or through the internet on

When it’s the best time to go to the exhibition?
The best time is around lunch time, between 2 and 3pm.
If I can’t go into the exhibition with the baby trolley, how can I visit it with my young child?
You can bring a baby-carrier and leave the baby trolley for free in the locker room that we have available.

When will the exhibition close?
The exhibition’s end date is on the 19th of April 2009.
Are you going to visit other cities?
We don’t know that yet.
How long does the visit take? Is it defined by the rhythm of the person or defined by the organization?
The visit takes about 1h-1h30. You have to choose the hour that you want to get in the exhibition, but after that you can enjoy the exhibition at your own pace.
Is it possible to take photos without flash in the exhibition?
It is totally forbidden to take photos in the exhibition, with or without flash.
Can you access to the exhibition with manual wheelchair?
You can visit the exhibition in manual wheelchair with no problem since there are “ramps” to make it easier for you, and you have our stuff available to help you in anyway.

How do I get the tickets that I buy online?
You must print the proof-of-purchase and go to the exhibition at the hour and day of the session you selected. Don’t forget to take the necessary documentation to identify yourself and the promotions you may be using.
If I buy the tickets on internet must I wait in line?
No, you will enter directly in your session. If by any circumstance you don’t arrive at time for the session then you will have to pass by the box office to renew your entry, and this way you will have to wait for your turn.
Is there any time set of entry?
The entries are bought by time sessions. This way we can control the number of visitors that are inside the exhibition.
I can’t go to the exhibition at the day/hour that I bought the ticket for, can I change it to another day?
You can change your ticket in the box office, but you risk not having tickets for the session you want and then you will have to wait.
Is it possible to buy the ticket on internet without an Audio Tour and then buy the audio-tour at the exhibition?
You can buy the tickets on internet without an
Audio Tour
and then in the box office choose to buy an
Audio Tour
, but this way you must wait in line for your turn.
If I buy my tickets on the internet what must I do to confirm that the purchase went through and everything worked out right?
If you received the order confirmation in your e-mail box, either from PayPal or from the Titanic Exhibition that means your purchase went through.
I received two messages with different ID’s. Did I make the same purchase twice?
No, your transaction went through fine. What happens is that you receive one order confirmation from PayPal and another one from the Titanic Exhibition.
Is there any kind of surcharge charged by buying the entries on internet? Is it more expensive to buy it on internet or directly on the exhibition box office?
The entries bought at the exhibition box office have a 1€ surcharge per ticket except for group tickets and
Audio Tours
.
We are a couple and we want to buy 2 adult tickets with 2 Audio Tours, how can we do that?
You must select an
Audio Tour
first and then one ticket for adult. In the “cart” you have to put 2 and add it. This way you will have an “Adult ticket with
Audio Tour
” times 2.
If you only want one
Audio Tour
, first you have to choose the ticket with
Audio Tour
, add to the “cart” and then continue buying to select another ticket for adult without
Audio Tour
and return to add it in “cart”.
