* Group visits with 20 or more persons must reserve the day and hour in advance. Group visits are for weekdays only.
School visits require one teacher for each 20 students who has free access.

** Tickets for students require Student card presentation.

*** Family pack: with one family pack, Both parents and Childs until 12 years old can access the event.

- Age is verified through ID Card or Passport.
- Tickets with special discounts have to be validated with the appropriate document.
- Discounts are non-cumulative.

A Special Needs Book has been created in order to assist wheelchair bound Guests who may not be able to view all “reads” in all exhibit cases. These books are distributed by operations management and are “on loan” for the duration of the guest’s visit, to be returned at its conclusion.

Corresponding numbers associated with the various “reads” found in the book will appear on selected cases. By utilizing this book, Special Needs Guests will be able to enjoy a more fully rounded Exhibition experience.

Additionally, all Guest Relations Event Staff will make an extra effort to accommodate Special Needs Guests and provide any assistance that they may require.
